Dialysis Ski Holidays

Dialysis Ski HolidaysThe Travel Puzzle are now offering dialysis ski holidays, simply ski holidays combined with your dialysis treatment. There is a choice of hotels and the flexibility of choosing how many days you would like to ski and only paying for that many.   The holiday is tailored to measure your requirements on number of days treatment required, number of days skiing, number of nights and board basis , plus transfer arrangements. It is therefore suitable for families too, where only one person requires treatment.

Skiing is on the highest Alpine resort in Slovenia and is open until the beginning of May, with the pistes covered in natural snow only.  There is a gondola cable car system from the base station conveying the skiers to the top station at an altitude of over 2,000 metres.  The closest resort is Bovec and the majority of guests choose to stay in the hotel Kanin as it has its own pool and wellness centre for relaxing after a hard days’ skiing.  The resort offers ski hire, ski school, snowboarding, ice skating, restaurants, bars etc.

The summer months opens up a whole new scope of activities and is ideal for family holidays to partake in numerous water/air or land based sports such as rafting, canyoning, paragliding, cycling, horse riding etc.
